The EAM Pattern Catalog (http://eampc-wiki.systemcartography.info) is a collection of patterns documenting solutions addressing typical, recurring problems in enterprise architecture management (EAM) based on best-practices, so called EAM Patterns.
Four types of EAM Patterns have been identified in the EAM Pattern Catalog. Methodology patterns (M-Patterns) document processes and governance structures for EAM. Viewpoint patterns (V-Patterns) document viewpoints, which can be used in one or more M-Patterns and use information stored according to one or more information model patterns (I-Pattern). Anti patterns document solutions, which have proven not to work in practice, in order to prevent dead ends.
The EAM Pattern Catalog is available for about a year now. Therefore, I want to ask for your help in evaluating the catalog and its usage.
If you want to help me, please go to http://www.systemcartography.info/eampc-survey and fill out the online-survey.
All answers are stored anonymously and it will just take you about 10 to 15 minutes to fill out the 20 questions included in the survey. The online-survey will be open until 2009-05-31.
You can also use a printable version of the survey (http://eampc-wiki.systemcartography.info/file/eampc-survey.pdf) and send the filled out form by fax to +49 (89) 289 - 17136.
The results of this online survey will be used to improve the current EAM Pattern Catalog and will be used in the validation of the EAM Pattern approach in my Ph.D. thesis. Therefore, I highly appreciate every completed survey.
If you know other people who might be interested in filling out this survey please share the following address with them

Thank you for your time and your help!
Best regards,
Alexander M. Ernst
